i) Carried asset mapping and identification in the Technical Training Institute for a period of one month;

ii) Identified of all the Municipal’s existing physical assets (movable and immovable);

iii)Verified and tagged movable assets of the Institute;

iv) Undertook the verification of all the movable and immovable assets;

v) Undertook the valuation of all the physical assets (movable and immovable);

vi) Developed an updated asset register having the details of the condition of each asset or category of assets, useful life, location, tag number;

vii) Prepared final signed valuation report to the institution;

viii) Provided software for asset management for the institution and Asset Register Generation on a regular basis.
